How To Place An Order

1. If you are new to using Ayurda products, it is a great idea to take our ‘Skin Questionnaire’ to determine the products best suited to your skin type. This will be indicated throughout our online store by either a green, orange or blue dot for Vata, Pitta and Kapha respectively.

2. Once you know your skin type, you may select the “Shop by Skin Type” top menu bar for a tailored view of Ayurda skin care products developed for your skin type. A great way to start experiencing the Ayurda brand of premium skin care products is to order the Sample Kits or the Starter Packs. Again, you must know your skin type before you order.

3. Please click on one of the product categories to see the selection of products we offer. Within the product specific pages, you will  find more information on ‘Learn more’, ‘How to use it’ , ‘Ingredients’  and size for each product.

We would like to know you are shopping on a 128 bit SSL encrypted secure site. Your credit card details are decrypted and payment is processed by our bank – therefore we don’t see or store your credit card details.

4. We guarantee same-day-turnaround Monday through Friday on orders placed by 12 noon.

5. If we can not fill the order for any reason you will be advised within two working days via email or phone.

How To Do Return, Refund and Exchange; Policies and Proceedures

1. It is our desired intent for you to be satisfied with your Ayurda purchase. AyurdaUSA.com can accept returns on items purchased through this online store within 15 days of original purchase. If you need to return or exchange unopened or unused items purchased, give us a ring first at 310-454-5800 in order to obtain a return authorization  number and shipping label if needed. If we proved you with a prepaid shipping label (sent to you via email or fax), we will just deduct the shipping cost from your refund or make an adjustment on your replacement order.  Be sure and have your receipt and order number when you call. For products that are returned for refund, your account will be refunded once we have received your return shipment.

2. We are unable to refund shipping charges on returns or exchanges and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 15 days. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately.

3. Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items (as determined by Ayurda) and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order. Since we use a secure payment system, we do require your credit card details to process your refund.

What To Do If You Have Damaged or Missing Product

1. In the off-chance your product(s) arrives damaged, immediately contact AyurdaUSA Customer Care at 1-310-454-5800. Take a clear picture of shipping boxes/packaging and contents with your smart phone or digital camera and email it to us to info@ayurdausa.com.  Do NOT discard the box nor any contents for possible USPS or UPS inspection. Both shipping services require a verification of the lost or damaged goods in order to provide any reimbursement. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement. If an item is leaking, place entire contents, including the box, inside a plastic bag.

2. If an item is missing, contact Ayurda USA Customer Service within 72 hours of receipt at 1-310-454-5800 to notify us of the issue.

How do I cancel an order?

1. The best way to cancel an order is to call or email us ASAP and providing the order has not been sent; we will cancel it with no worries. However, you must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded due to Health and Safety Regulations.

Do I have To Pay Sales Tax?

1. AyurdaUSA.com is required by current law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California. If you are in the Skincare, Beauty or Spa trade, you may fax us a voided copy of your company check and a signed resale card and you will likely have your purchases classified as non-taxable, for resale, but we must charge sales tax until we received those documents and management approval for your account.
